House update: so close!
Aaah guys we are SO CLOSE to having everything done for the house.
Gotta get some info off to the lawyer ((insurance, proof of identity, all that shit)), our realtor’s doin’ some other info stuff and he’s already sent the fulfilment of the offer back to the sellers, the inspector’s claims have been taken care of … shit is coming together, guys. Shit is coming together.
Erin and I have been to the house a few times now on our own to measure things and check stuff out … cos you know how you always act differently and take more time to really inspect stuff when you don’t have anyone else around? We needed time to do that, even though we absolutely adore our realtor ((and are becoming fast friends with him)).
So yeah. Only a few things left to do!
And then we have to wait another eight goddamn weeks til we can start moving. Aaahhhh do not want~ D8
